Fashionatix believes in quick and easy returns, and wants to make this process as easy as possible for you. 7 Days NO REASON to return, the return policy is to contact us within 7 days after the package is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since package delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Plz note that the cost of shipping return is paid by you. Please note that the tracking number of shipping return should be sent to us within 3 days after we sent you the return address, or the process of canceling the order will be cancelled. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
